Repair Policy:

Our pieces are made to last but due to the fine/dainty nature of Malani & Lehua jewelry, we understand life happens and you may need a piece repaired. We offer minor repairs to functioning components of your jewelry piece at no cost. This include clasps, jump rings, wire-wrapped gemstones, and reconnecting charms. 

We are not responsible for repairs that are not a result of functioning component failure. Damages that result from accidental breakage or excessive wear and tear are not covered. These repairs can be provided for the cost of the materials and service. Please note: materials may be substituted based on availability.

Please email us pictures of the piece and broken components. If your piece of jewelry is not repairable you will be contacted about further instructions to move forward.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the repairs.

 

Return/Exchange Policy:

We do not accept returns. However, we would be happy to exchange clean and unused pieces for something you will love for equal or lesser value. If you are still unable to find the perfect fit at the time, you will be credited until you find your must have. If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us and we'll be happy to work with you to find a solution. Exchanges are available up to 14 days from date of sale with of proof of purchase.

Please note: all shipping costs incurred for exchanges are the customers responsibly.

 

Shipping Policy:

Every piece of our jewelry is made-to-order by hand, with care. Please allow 10-15 business days for your order to be processed, produced and sent via USPS. Processing and production time may increase during sales and holidays. We offer Priority Mail for every order. This service will typically take between 3-5 business days, and is solely dependent upon the USPS. For an extra fee, Express Mail can be requested. We are located in Maui, Hawaii, and although it is paradise, shipping often takes longer. There are no shipping date guarantees, but we will do our best to insure you receive your order in the allotted timeframe. Please take processing time and shipping dates into consideration when placing your order for a specific time or date.
